Position Summary

The candidate will be executing delivery against technology priorities- effectively manage, drive, support and govern the execution of Independent Technical Assessments or Program Execution supporting critical technology priorities with the required level of urgency and intensity. Candidate would be responsible for aggregating data from multiple sources/partners, incorporating data in value add report formats and ensuring report generation and delivery processes are efficient, reliable and accurate.

Responsibilities include:

* Influence, gather information, challenge and interrogate the data, and work collaboratively across a broad spectrum of partners and stakeholders across multiple lines of business

* Produce frequent reporting on critical risk, performance and operational measures

* Work closely with stakeholders, data providers and teams across the enterprise to gather key data and metrics for input into Global Technology and enterprise wide scorecards

* Critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile variances and present complex data in a coherent manner and tailored to various audiences

* Challenge and interrogate data for inconsistencies

* Collaborate closely with technology and business partners to develop and implement future state reporting routines and improve existing routines

* Respond to senior executive requests for metric information and analysis

Required Qualifications:

* 5-10 years of reporting and analytics experience with extreme attention to detail

* Advanced/Expert MS Office skills including reporting and Excel skills, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) / SQL / other similar skills

* Experience executing across multiple stakeholders, managing participation and timely coordination of risk and control routine deliverables; lead meetings as needed ensure effective collaboration and execution of deliverables

* Proven executive presence, horizontal and strategic thinker with the ability to influence effectively at all levels within the organization

* Self-starter with ability to work independently as well as leading or participating in a cross-functional team environment

* Ability to interpret and aggregate large amount of data

* Strategic thought and execution in turning data into executive level consumable format

* Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and cultivate relationships both externally and internally

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify and summarize complex topics

* Ability to analyze and present regulatory/audit data and information

* Ability to influence outside of direct team to facilitate changes to control environment

* Will often be asked to solve complex problems but solve them in a way that doesn’t create complex processes

* Can quickly “connect the dots” to demonstrate ability to identify and perform thematic analysis

Desired Qualifications:

* Strong business acumen of financial service companies and/or technology functions

* Tableau, MicroStrategy or other reporting business intelligence tool experience

* Data manipulation from multiple systems of record and database tools experience

* Strong data problem solving skills

* Ability to translate users’ needs into reporting deliverables

* Identify and implement process control improvements
