What would you like the power to do? At Bank of America, we ask this question every day of all those we serve. It is at the core of how we live our values, deliver our purpose and achieve responsible growth. Our purpose is to help make financial lives better, through the power of every connection.

Where we’re headed

We recently released Erica, our virtual financial assistant that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help clients manage their finances.

How do we continue to make Erica better? By partnering with Harvard and MIT on The Council on the Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence.

We continually innovate to deliver for our clients whenever and wherever they want to engage with us. Our use of emerging technologies and commitment to workforce equality are the underpinnings of how we make financial lives better.
