Employee Networks

Our Employee Networks provide connection and the ability to make a difference both personally and professionally. 

Our Hispanic-Latino Organization for Leadership & Advancement (HOLA) Employee Network partners closely with Talent Acquisition and in 2016, helped to increase the acceptance rate of Hispanic-Latino interns by more than 60%. HOLA is also deeply involved in opportunities to address issues facing Hispanic-Latinos in our communities. Members across 36 chapters provided assistance in hurricane-affected areas including Florida, Puerto Rico and Texas, which continues today.

Service members and veterans

We’re committed to connecting our nation’s military to the training, education and resources that put them on the path to financial stability. We employ thousands of veterans and military spouses. Building on that, since 2014 we have hired more than 9,000 service members toward hitting our commitment of hiring 10,000 veterans, guard and reservists. We also finance and partner with organizations that foster successful civilian transition.

Supporting people with disabilities

Our promise to make financial lives better through the power of every connection starts with how we treat one another. We ensure all employees have full access to accommodations they may need to be successful in their jobs. We invest in companies that are using technology to support individuals with disabilities and we support non-profit and community organizations focused on disability inclusion.

 

Our Support Services department and our partnership with Special Olympics are two key ways in which we value and support individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities.
