Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Position Summary

High Level Accountabilities associated with the job

Lead complex technology projects.

·  Provide financial and analytical support on projects (e.g. short and long-term budgeting / Allocations exercise)

·  Provide project management support related to Finance/ Resource allocations to collate and prepare information (including presentations) for key business meetings.

·  Manage the Resources Management and Forecasts Cycles (Including WMP’s)

·  Update Finance related tasks on timely manner

·  Support Release Planning, Release Readiness including but not limited to GNG, Project Governance, Monitoring Plan etc.

·  Continuously review performance across as against the monthly targets in the budget and provide inputs for to ensure on-target performance.

·   Support ad hoc project requests related to Finance Tracking.

·   Motivated to work responsibly with little supervision.

·   Ability to meet and deal with others in a courteous and tactful manner, with sense of urgency

·  Work with MS Tools like Excel, Tableau, Access, PowerPoint on regular basis.

·   Work with Finance and Program Managers on regular basis.

·   Quick turnaround for the Finance data as requested.

·    Proficient in using Finance Tools in the Bank

Required Qualifications

·        4-6 years of project management experience.

·        Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate collaborate relationships.

·        Positive, goal-oriented with strong work-ethics.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
