Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Office of the President of Global Markets. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to communicate with clients and senior executives across the firm. We would expect this candidate to come from a professional background, be proactive and thrive in a demanding, fast-paced and constantly changing environment. May manage several different objectives, projects, or activities at one time. Must be able to organize executive travel, assist with complex calendar management and prepare expense reports. Must be able to multi-task, have the ability to function well in a high-paced environment and use discretion and good judgment. Candidate must use considerable tact, diplomacy, and judgment while providing diverse and confidential administrative support.
