Position Summary:

This role is responsible for portfolio planning, reporting, and cross-program coordination of large-scale Data Transformation & Regulatory Reporting change programs.

Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)

  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams

  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline

  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule

  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements

  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution

  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

  • Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as CFO & Global Markets business partners.

  • Collaborate with business, technology, & data partners across the bank to understand competing priorities, dependencies, and high-level requirements/objectives

  • Create current-state and target-state process mappings and develop process procedures and controls.

  • Develop compelling executive presentations for portfolio financials, risks, issues and manage change processes.

  • Provide input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in project or program management/coordination/business analysis (or related field) working in a corporate environment 

  • Strong communicator - ability to facilitate/command large meetings, take notes, and socialize action items. Ability to drive requirements discussions and document business needs.

  • Experience developing and facilitating concise and effective presentations, including the ability to explain results of complex analysis at a level that resonates across many different audiences 

  • Experience creating current-state and target-state process mappings and developing process procedures and controls

  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem solving and organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Highly organized with ability to manage deliverables on multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities.

  • Consultant like mindset, if not prior consulting experience
