Job Description:

CAO Technology is seeking a Delivery Lead, in this role you will lead multiple agile technology teams delivering technology change for the CAO portfolio. The end-to-end responsibilities for this role will include project management (including Enterprise Change Management), development, testing, deployment and delivery.

 

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Technology contact with line of business executives ensuring clear and concise communication

  • Works with Development, Testing,  Analyst and other Scrum Master resources to ensure delivery of technology initiatives 

  • Responsible for improving the agility of scrum teams within the CAO portfolio

  • Accountable for managing initiative finances working with the line of business and to plan and forecast for project needs

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a project manager/scrum master

  • You will have managed several technology implementations 

  • Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills. Able to engage multiple stakeholders at a senior level and build to consensus around a clear course of action

  • Strong knowledge/experience of agile delivery methods

  • Previous experience of traditional waterfall project management

  • Great problem management and relationship management skills

  • Previous experience working in software delivery with large financial institutions

  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project

Desired Skills

  • Work with EPMO following ECM

  • Previous experience with Procurement systems

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
