The Associate is responsible for actively participating in specific client and deal teams within the Financial Institutions sector. Key responsibilities include business development or product advisory activities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts comprehensive company and industry research, preparing presentation materials for clients
  • Participates in specific client and deal teams, supporting financial and statistical analyses and structuring and execution activities
  • Assists clients with raising funds in the capital markets, as well as providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other types of financial transactions
  • Develops and maintains complex financial models and performs various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
  • Supports origination efforts, evaluation of new opportunities, and execution of deals, working on a broad scope of assignments and products across multiple sectors
  • Assists in coordinating and executing information in collaboration with product groups

New York pay range:

$175,000 - $225,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
