Our Business
Global Investment Banking focuses on building long-term relationships with large corporations, financial institutions and financial sponsors. We have cultivated a ‘best in class’ reputation by providing strong advisory expertise and capitalizing on powerful M&A, debt and equity product expertise to deliver integrated financial solutions.
We require an additional Analyst headcount for our TMT team who have led key land mark transactions in Australia, including acting as advisor on the 70% divestment of Optus Tower for $1.7bn, the $15bn merger of TPG and Vodafone Australia, Uniti Wireless c.$700m takeover of Opticomm, TPG’s 100% divestment of mobile tower infrastructure portfolio to OMERS, Wisetech’s acquisition of Blume and Envase and OTPP’s acquisition of a 70% interest in Spark NZ’s mobile towers.
