Role Description:

The Cyber Health Monitoring Lead implements and enhances the Cyber Health Monitoring program. This includes, but not limited to, drives continued development of CHM Dashboard that enables GIS teams to monitor, evaluate, and report their process health and associated impacts on GIS cyber defense to GIS leadership and risk partner. This role is responsible for managing a team to accomplish these goals and manage platform operations. Cyber Health Monitoring Lead builds and maintains relationships with Global Information Security defensive control process owners to ensure appropriate checks and representation of current status of process health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Cyber Health Monitoring Program.

  • Partner with GIS defensive control process owners to ensure the processes are appropriately represented.

  • Escalate repeating issues within processes or across processes for review within the Cyber Threat Defense Framework.

  • Manage Cyber Health Monitoring team to release the daily and intraday report for leadership and risks awareness.

  • Identify and implement enhancements and efficiencies for the program.

Key Requirements

  • A broad knowledge of information security defensive controls and interconnective nature of controls.

  • Good analytical skills/ problem solving/ conceptual thinking.

  • Able to identify, analyze and address problems to resolve issues with minimal negative impact and risk to the organization.

  • Confident and capable written and oral presentation skills.

  • Excellent people management skills.

  • Ability to work independently with little oversight managing multiple investigations simultaneously.

  • Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding.

  • Must have strong leadership skills and qualities which enable you to work with peers and various levels of management.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

  • Experience in the remediation of Information Security risks/vulnerabilities

  • Experience with defensive information security controls

  • Ability to work with Technical and Non-Technical persons.
