Job Description:
Leads a small team responsible for analyzing and recommending pricing strategies for our largest and most complex customers in the Commercial and Large Corporate segments with a clear understanding of the relationship between products/features and transaction processing methods. Maintains a strong relationship with Sales, Portfolio Management, and Finance teams to help research and proactively prepare pricing analysis to help solution customer needs. Works with internal stakeholders on pricing exceptions to evaluate customer profitability and obtain leadership approvals as necessary. Assists in product commercialization process to help develop retail pricing, update fee schedules, and incorporation into pricing tools as necessary.
This job is responsible for leading a group of team leaders and employees who develop strategies and drive analytics to understand portfolio risk, increase profitability, and optimize operational performance. Key responsibilities include setting strategic priorities for the team, identifying trends, and leading efforts to maximize risk versus return for the business unit. Job expectations include using data and analytics to solve complex problems, coaching employees, and partnering across technology, product, and risk leadership to drive performance.

Merchant Services experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to learn new systems quickly

Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Strong financial skills
Experience with large merchant clients
Familiarity with Merchant Services value added products
Familiarity with Paragon and Tableau
