Job Description:

The Private Wealth Investment Management Specialists are responsible for supporting the Financial Advisor(s) and/or Advisor Team(s) overall investment management philosophy through executing on portfolio analysis and sharing expertise in a wide range of investment product areas. They ensure risk profiles, goals, objectives and asset allocations are aligned and reflected properly for each client. They deliver a full range of investment products and services across the enterprise ensuring alignment to client goals and strategies while leveraging specialists and applicable investment management tools where appropriate. They partner with internal specialists to deliver holistic investment solutions by identifying targeted investment strategies. They assist in the preparation of client performance review reports to measure progress to goals.

Role Requirements

• Either Series 7 and 66 licenses or Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses; must obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support

• Obtain and/or maintain at least one firm approved designation

California pay and benefits information

California pay range:

$48,000 - $100,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Formulaic incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Formulaic plans may be comprised of monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities. Incentives are earned based on the employees performance against defined metrics.
