Job Summary
The Asset Services risk reduction program is seeking a change business analyst to deliver Asset Services front to back enhancements
GBAM Operations Transformation & Change supports Bank of America’s change program by partnering with functional and technology groups to prioritize and implement change initiatives driven by business, legal, regulatory, compliance or market requirements.
Responsibilities
∙ Change lead to coordinate activities across Front Office, Operations, Technology and other support partners
∙ Work with end users to define functional requirements and prepare User Acceptance Testing
∙ Manage User Acceptance Testing execution and Production parallel activities
∙ Track and communicate delivery status
∙ Identify and manage project risks and issues
∙ Adhere to enterprise change management standards

This job is responsible for supporting programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include assisting department managers with critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive material and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities.

Required Skills
∙ Strong Asset Services domain knowledge
∙ Track record of delivering complex projects to plan
∙ Knowledge of structured project management methods covering planning, status tracking, risk & issue management and status reporting
∙ Ability to manage and communicate with support partners & stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
∙ Experience of partnering with SME’s for requirements gathering, test preparation and test execution
∙ Knowledge of Operational processing within Global Markets
