The Process Management CoE GBS team functions as a Center of Excellence to provide strategic and innovative advantage to Bank of America through Process Design, Data Insights and Process Excellence Work-streams.

Job Description

The SharePoint Developer will be primarily responsible for development and management of SharePoint for an MTM. All these services will require collaboration with rest of the architecture, business, and technology groups. The ultimate accountability for the effective execution of the above services will lie with the SharePoint Developer.

Responsibilities :

The KRAs of the resource will be as follows:

Analyze SPI process information on ARIS/POP to help Streamline, automate and implement solutions to drive process efficiency and controls across GRM

Work with GRM team to support ongoing enterprise process management requirements

Work with business users and managers to document and analyze workflows that will be automated in SharePoint

Strong experience on developing branding, master page and page layouts

Customize SharePoint solutions utilizing approved web technologies (HTML, CSS, JQuery/JavaScript, .Net, XML)

Drafting documentation, testing, development while meeting all associated guidelines and best practices such as Secure Coding, QA, Unit Testing

Create simple workflow processes and simple site customization.

Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management.

Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow.

Strong experience in design, implementation, administration, development, maintenance and support of SharePoint environment

Tracks and monitors the success of recently implemented tools and process enhancements


  • Education : Bachelors or Masters Degree
  • Experience Range : 7 -9 Years experience in web design with a focus on UI/UX

Foundational Skills :

  • JavaScript/JQuery and other JavaScript libraries
  • Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2013 product capabilities, HTML, PowerPoint, Visual Studio, CSS
  • Experience designing in SharePoint.
  • Understanding of visual design principles, usability principles and best practices
  • Branding experience along with using style guidelines
  • User-centric approach to design and an understanding of how to apply user research data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Work Timings:   11:30 am to 8:30 pm
