Role Description:

We are looking for a client reporting professional to join our wider transaction reporting control group, in the client reporting team. The client reporting team have 17 professionals across London, Chester and India. This will be a varied position, with regulatory, client service and control elements to it. The role covers reporting services for EMIR, MiFID, ASIC and SFTR. 

Responsibilities:

  • You will log, monitor and answer queries from internal / external clients and regulators.
  • You will produce and distribute daily / weekly metrics for reporting, onboarding, client queries and resolutions.
  • You will monitor and track issues through to resolution, providing backloading and update requests.
  • You will input into the design and build of ongoing quality assurance to confirm completeness, accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
  • You will identify and provide solutions to continually improve processes, software and services to clients.
  • You will liaise with internal stakeholders across the transaction Reporting Control group to remediate exceptions in a timely manner.
  • You will own both short & long term projects relating to new regulations.
  • You will work closely with both the client reporting & Enhanced Quality Assurance (EQA) teams to enhance current control framework for delegated service clients.

What we are looking for:

  • You will have experience in a regulatory environment, ideally with one or more of EMIR, MiFID, ASIC or SFTR.
  • You will have efficient data analysis skills, being able to reconcile large data sets.
  • You will be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
  • You will have the ability to manage your work workload to tight timeframes and deadlines.

Skills that will help (optional):

  • Project management experience would be advantageous.
  • Having an excellent attention to detail would be advantageous.
  • Having an analytical mindset would be advantageous.
