Process Overview

Incident Manager – Primary responsibility is to monitor and respond to Physical events and lead business triage for technology and operational incidents.

Job Description:

Actively lead significant multi-FLU events driving effective triage utilizing key support tools and references to ensure understanding and associated impacts and risk to customer/client experience and/or cause significant business disruption. 

Responsibilities:

  • Hold business partners, subject matter experts and technical partners accountable during response and restoral activities
  • Create timely and accurate business communications, ensuring documentation of the incident is accurate
  • Using sound judgment, escalate incidents to senior leadership when required
  • Represent incidents in operational status and incident review meetings as well as post problem review and incident follow up
  • Interact effectively with teammates, management and partners and work with a sense of urgency as well as have the ability to multi-task
  • Provide On-Call support for rotating Weekends and Holidays as needed

Requirements:

Education: Graduate

Experience Range: 5 - 8 years

  • Ability to work effectively in high pressure situations, on an ongoing basis
  • Maintaining attention to detail
  • Quick learner
  • Assertive and decisive character with strong discussion facilitation skills
  • Ability to proactively identifying process gaps or improvement opportunities, and proposing / driving solutions
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build partnerships across organizational and geographical boundaries
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities

Desired Skills:

Must be able to resume work and reset expectations as needed when interruptions occur due to incidents

Work Timings:- 12:30 pm to 9:30pm
