Role Description:

As a Cybersecurity Remediation Lead Analyst, you'll play a crucial role within our GIS Enterprise Remediation Team.   Your mission? Safeguarding our organization's digital assets by ensuring the security and resilience of our applications. Here's what you will be doing:

Responsibilities:

Focused Portfolio Management:  You'll curate a limited portfolio of Business-As-Usual) application findings.  Your keen eye for detail will help us maintain a robust security posture.
Collaboration and Knowledge:  When it comes to complex cases, you’re the go-to person.  You’ll collaborate with fellow analysts, providing assistance and insights.  Your know-how will elevate our collective performance.
Metrics Mastery: You’ll possess the validation and quality assurance of month-end and quarter-end metrics.  Your precision and insights ensure accurate reporting and drives continuous improvement.
Process and Playbook:  You’ll meticulously maintain our process and playbook documentation.  Your attention to details ensures that our security procedures are up-to-date and effective.
Executive Engagement:  You’ll collaborate with senior leaders at the SVP/Tech executive level.  Your ability to communicate findings and recommendations effective will be crucial.
Audit and Compliance:  You’ll participate in audit, regulator, and MRA(Matters Requiring Attention) engagement.  Your know-how will help us stay compliant and secure.
Incident Investigation:  You’ll engage enthusiastically in data integrity incident investigations.  Your analytical skills will help us uncover and address any anomalies swiftly.
Process improvement Advocate: You’ll guide efforts to enhance our processes significantly.  Your innovative mindset will drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentorship and training:  As a seasoned professional, you’ll mentor and train new team members. Your guidance will shape the next generation of experts. 
Talent Acquisition:  You’ll be part of the interview process for new team manager.  Your Assessment will shape our cybersecurity team’s future.
Application Remediate Advocate: You’re the go-to person for our application remediate program. Your deep understanding of process and procedures ensures seamless vulnerability resolution.

What we are looking for:

  • You have proven leadership and people management experience.
  • You have organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
  • You are knowledgeable in Continuous Monitoring Tools, as well as ROCK and Cloudera Data Visualizer. 
  • You have excellent skills in data and manipulation, creating pivot tables. 
  • You're a critical thinker and logical problem solver. Ability to understand a problem, explore solutions and present them with pros, cons and other considerations.
  • You possess an Operational Excellence mindset.
  • You have excellent communication, both written and verbal, and you can work easily with others.
  • Experienced assembling impactful reporting packages.
  • You are intellectually curious.
