We are looking for a new teammate to join our world-class Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team, working with some of the highest-traffic sites in the world. As a member of Bank of America’s SEO team, you will help shape and execute organic search strategies across various products, services and brands. You will partner with agencies and internal teams to engage prospects and customers, drive profitable outcomes for the brand, and keep pace with the ever-evolving requirements to win in organic search. Collaborating with our industry-leading team and award-winning agency, you serve as an energetic, entrepreneurial voice to key internal stakeholders, helping them understand the business implications of voice search, accelerated mobile pages, core web vitals, and other search trends. In the process of increasing Bank of America and Merrill's visibility and rankings within the search engines, you will get exposure to high-level organic search expertise and exposure to teams at Google that few SEOs have the luxury of claiming.
