
Job Description:
The Market Sales Manager will drive performance results through leading
and coaching to client engagement initiatives and activities. Work with
FSA’s to deepen client relationships. Provide regulatory supervision and
bank oversight. This position reports to the Regional Sale Manager
(RSM).
Sales Leadership: Serve as backup for RSM and interface with business
partners representing the market as needed. Champion for financial
planning and asset-based relationship sales process. Facilitate conference
calls/meetings with FSA’s to discuss product information and best sales
practices.
Coaching and Development: Work closely with FSA’s, coaching for
successful professional growth and development. Build and manage
relationships across the franchise. Coach and counsel FSA’s on strategic
business drivers.
Sales Force Expansion: Support sales management in executing sale force
growth plans. Support effective FSA recruiting strategies.
Sales Supervision: Administer superior sales supervision/practices in the
market.

Required:
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills;
• Series 7 & 66 (63 and 65) required and Series 9 & 10 or (4,24,53 combination), If Series 9 & 10 not currently held, must be obtained within 120 days.
• Strong relationship building and business partnering skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior management.
• Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.
• Strong influencing and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to balance business and corporate perspectives.

• Industry experience: 3-10 years experience with a leading firm
