Sr. Digital Integration Manager

Charlotte, North Carolina;

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to work closely with a talented team in channel enablement for the Consumer Chief Experience Organization.

Candidate must have strong leadership presence as this work has high visibility with senior level leadership.   The role requires cross segment integration and project management with a focus on orchestration efforts across client segments.

The role is multifaceted with a varying degree of focus and changing priorities.  Ideal candidate must be resilient, self-starter and willing to take on responsibilities outside of what is highlighted above including but not limited to strategy functions.

Ideal candidate will have a strong program management background with proven track record of success in executing large cross channel initiatives.  


Responsibilities include: 

  • Planning: Work closely with program sponsor to determine vision, project scope and go to market requirements 
  • Operational Management: Clearly identify program stakeholders and keep track of all downstream impacts/enhancements 
  • Coordination:  Engage teammates to ensure proper delivery of enhancements so we can continue to grow, deepen and retain relationships through robust change management execution

Required Skills:

  • 10 plus years of experience developing and managing initiatives 
  • Project management skills 
  • BS or BA degree 
  • Must have familiarity with and experience in Digital Banking 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a drive toward execution and delivering results 
  • Flexible with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects independently while escalating appropriately 
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage complexity, multiple projects and deliver solutions on tight deadlines 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or similar area
