Client Data Management Lead (Global Operations)

Job Description:

Line of Business Role Description
Lead for Client Data for Americas line of business, ensuring the completeness, quality and integrity of core client data within the Firm's systems.  Responsible for overseeing the set-up of client data as part of critical onboarding procesess serving multiple lines of business, as well as being a leading stakeholder in ensuring the ongoing accuracy of core client information.  Candidate must have a strong understanding of the importance of data quality in a large banking organization, a good understanding of technology and system flows, and a clear approach to managing a high volume and critical daily process. This role will be the main point of contact for all Americas based business activites, will lead the organizational strategy of the team and be key stakeholder or owner of data driven initiatives.  Role includes management of approx. 50 associates based in 3 US locations.

Responsibilities:
- Managing daily set-up and validation processes for new client data and client data maintenance
- Stakeholder management with Line of Business and Operations contacts
- Data integrity oversight, including engagement in initiatives and risk issue remediation
- Implementing process improvements, including organizational change, process design improvements, and Technology enhancements
- Monitoring and Governance of data related processes
- Management of multi-location team within the US

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the importance of data accuracy and integrity, with experience in a data driven role
- Strong attention to detail and process driven mindset to drive change in the organization
- Experience in managing a high volume time sensitive process
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information to all levels of the organization
- Passionate about people, experience in leading a team and influencing others
- Self motivated with ability to work independently to define and implement organizational strategy
- Knowledge of core lines of business within a large banking organization
