Perf Improvement Consultant

Job Description:

Delivers targeted, instructor learning TFSO. Delivers huddles and key changes to employees to ensure consistent delivery across the sites with focused weekly routines. Delivers new hire training to onboard new employees. Acts as a subject matter expert on projects where appropriate. Delivers training to targeted employees to remediate escalations or improve production and minimize errors. Serves as a peer coach to new employees  or employees  returning from leave (LOA). Acts a liaison to field key operational issues and work with leaders and operational partners to improve performance. Implements routines with site leaders to review and analyze critical metrics and make recommendations/action plans for improvement at the site and employee level. Conduct proficiency building activities /role plays/simulations, demonstrate tools/process and call/customer interactions in front of small to mid-size groups and remediate individual associates one on one as needed.

Proven leadership and coaching ability, inspires confidence, exercises good judgment, able to work as part of a coaching team interacting with employees and leaders of various levels while maintaining reporting relationship with Employee Enablement and partner relationships with project team and site leaders. Experienced in Treasury products with prior SME experience (and continued SME participation). Experienced in training employees on implementation and product knowledge, new products, processes and skills. Able to evaluate employees and leaders on level of proficiency, identify patterns/trends and recommend tactics to improve. Must complete a teach back on an original topic to showcase facilitation skills.

Previous experience with Treasury Management Products and systems preferred. Proven facilitation skills preferred.
