Wholesale Credit Process Designer - Automation and General Process Change

Enterprise Overview:

Engages with business partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques. Manages design or redesign of processes or projects using six sigma methodologies. Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement. Builds action plans and drives execution. Applies business redesign concepts, practices and DFSS tools. May manage teams to achieve process or project objectives. Processes are within a product or service delivery within a single business unit or department and are typically directed toward improving a single business, product, or function. May be Green Belt or Black Belt certified.

Line of Business Role Description

The Process Design Consultant will act as an objective advisor to LOB heads across a broad set of processes within Loan, Lease and Trade Operations. Leads the design of the future state fulfillment and servicing processes within Loan, Lease and Trade Operations (supporting lending for Wholesale Credit and Consumer Small Business). Drives execution of key strategic initiatives. Areas of focus include:

  • Process Design to reduce variability between lines of business

  • Develop design options that balance risk and reward for senior leaders to opine on

  • Supports the Operations Excellence program

  • Intelligent automation and robotics deployment

  • People/process change

  • Analytics demonstrating change/measurement control planning

Leads reporting and analytical efforts to deepen understanding of business economics, client attrition, client profitability, etc. Leads analysis to screen potential improvement targets and manages business development process. Executes business/strategic planning process across sub-lines of business including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership. Leads the design, development, execution, and continuous improvement of LOB reporting and dashboards.

Required Skills:

5 plus years’ Fulfillment, Service and Operations experience

Experience with lending systems, CashPro and/or client servicing systems

Wholesale, Commercial Credit, or Consumer Small Business experience

Ability to influence leaders

3 plus years’ experience with process design and project delivery work

Bachelor’s college degree required

Experience in creating business cases of high monetary value

Executive level presentation experience

Desired Skills

LoanIQ knowledge

Wholesale Credit business process knowledge

Small Business process knowledge

Six Sigma certification, PMP, or Lean Agile certification preferred
