Job Description:



The Global Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) is responsible for managing and actively pursuing treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned portfolio of Auto Dealer clients and prospective clients with corporate revenue between $100 million to $2 billion in the Central United States.  The TSO works closely with client coverage partners such as Client Managers, Treasury Sales Analysts, Credit Officers, and specialists in key products such as Card and Merchant Services as well as others across the enterprise to provide primarily domestic treasury solutions that best suit client needs. The successful candidate will set and lead coverage strategy to profitably expand our Treasury business while driving high levels of client satisfaction.  The TSO will actively participate in the Client Management Process (CMP) focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships through the thoughtful identification of client needs. A background in working with automotive clients and familiarity with their sector-specific business processes and technology tools is desirable.

The TSO is accountable for revenue/product growth, planning and executing a high value add calling regimen, portfolio development, pricing, RFP or RFI responses, and leading client-facing treasury presentations.  This individual will need to craft compelling solutions to client needs based on a client focused cost/benefit analysis and bank focused profitability analysis and with an eye to encouraging digital adoption to enchance client treasury operations.  

In order to be successful, the TSO must maintain a strong client focus while also understanding the operational aspects of delivering the bank.  A strong understanding of treasury solutions and technological/digital trends  is also necessary.  The TSO must maintain an open line of communication with other client team members to ensure all are kept informed of updated client opportunities and information.  The TSO must be self- motivated to maintain a consistent level of goal achievement and be willing to challenge him or herself.    



  • Successful history of direct treasury management sales experience and understanding of corporate treasury processes and tools.
  • Ability to travel to call on geographically dispersed clients; travel 50%-75%.

  • B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree


  • Certified Treasury Professional certification or equivalent.
  • Background in developing and selling financial services solutions to Auto Dealer clients
