The Integrated Team, at its core, is a highly collaborative sales enablement and support organization. It is responsible for the research, identification, setup, onboarding and day-to-day management of various business partners and providers. We deliver unique, value-added solutions to the organization that will help win, retain, and grow client relationships by ensuring their experience is always the priority.

As the Business Development Manager, Integrated Team, your primary function will be to execute upon the business’ go-to-market strategy by scoping, evaluating, engaging, qualifying, closing, and chaperoning though implementation solution partners that align to business’ objectives and verticals spanning Small Business up through Global Corporate Banking.

The role requires:

  • First-hand industry knowledge and pro-active research skills to fill in gaps.
  • Competitive analysis of the various players to identify and prioritize partner engagements.
  • An understanding of the proposed product offering and applying that understanding to evaluate specific business solutions providers.
  • Defining, evolving, and communicating our value proposition with consideration of the audience
  • Creation of opportunity based terms sheets.
  • Making decisions and managing overall approach to identified segments and industry strategy
  • Working closely with internal teammates from Procurement, Sales, Technology, Finance, Legal, Commercialization, and Compliance, among others.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries.

You will be expected to:

  • Leverage your existing relationships, experience, understanding of and experience with various core terms and concepts related to the payments landscape including acquiring, ISVs, ISOs, Payment Facilitators, card networks, and other industry players.
  • Manage multiple priorities and strategies in parallel.
  • Analyze and help solve complex business problems.
  • Maintain and report out on pipeline activities at the team and executive level.
  • Be highly collaborative.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
