Early-career employees participate in our Strategy and Management Development Program that prepares teammates to become future leaders at Bank of America. The program was recognized with a 2023 Brandon Hall Group Gold Award for Best Unique or Innovative Talent Acquisition Program. Program participants engage in a comprehensive training curriculum, are exposed to multiple parts of our business and learn how to develop new strategies to better serve our clients.
