Brazil - Apprentice Program
Aligned with Brazil’s government apprenticeship regulations, this program is designed for young talent seeking their first professional experience prior to an internship. It is structured as a 15-month, part-time opportunity.
In this role, apprentices will support operational and administrative activities, contributing to the day-to-day operations of their assigned area. This is a developmental opportunity that offers hands-on experience in a corporate environment, along with structured guidance and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily administrative and operational activities in the area
- Organize, file, and manage physical and digital documents
- Perform initial checks and reviews of documents and information
- Update spreadsheets and simple controls, ensuring data accuracy
- Assist in tracking internal processes
- Provide support in handling internal client requests
- Contribute to maintaining organized and efficient workflow processes
- Carry out other support tasks as assigned by the manager and/or team
Requirements:
- High school in progress or completed; higher education recently started or planned in the near future is a plus
- Intermediate or advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
