COO Intern – GPS Latin America -Mexico Based

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented intern to join our team and support the COO function for GPS Latin America. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with senior management, contributing to strategic initiatives, and supporting day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic analysis of revenue streams and main business variables to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Contribute to the development of insights and recommendations to support senior management decision-making
• Assist in structuring and synthesizing data to inform business strategy and ongoing initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support the execution and tracking of key growth pillars
• Identify and drive process optimization opportunities, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and control
• Support the analysis of customer data to uncover insights that inform business strategy, engagement, and retention efforts
• Help prepare high-impact executive presentations, translating complex data into clear and actionable narratives
• Support the design and tracking of KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business performance
• Monitor key initiatives and provide updates on progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
