Global Risk Management (GRM) leads company-wide initiatives for managing risk and sustaining a strong risk culture, including the development and implementation of independent risk management measures. GRM is responsible for managing the Bank's risk framework and key risk types including strategic risk, credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, compliance risk and reputational risk. We oversee the company’s governance and strategy for global risk management, including relationships with key regulators and supervisory institutions worldwide.
Global Quantitative Management Analyst Program Overview
The Quantitative Management Analyst Program (QMAP) is a two-year development program in which participants rotate through two rotations. You will complete on-the-desk work with your assigned team and apply quantitative and analytical methods to specific financial challenges. You will engage in challenging projects and opportunities to advance your career and development in addition to engaging in learning and professional development opportunities, networking and volunteer events, mentorship, speaker series, and more.
QMAP roles span across the Enterprise with the majority falling under Global Risk Management. Rotational opportunities include positions supporting various business groups, such as the below:
