Process Overview*

Enterprise Chief People Technology: Development / Support/ testing of the technology solutions for the bank’s Chief people office line of business applications.

Job Description*. 

Individual will support Client Relationship Management team within the Investment Banking domain. He /She will be involved in a day-to-day enhancement and support on need basis as per Bank of America standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities*
Key responsibilities include:

• Provide technical and functional design based on requirement
• Develop solution based on approved design & support it till production rollout
• Prepare High level Low-level design document & present it to team
• Develop solution on force.com platform
• Provide weekend support as and when needed.

Requirements

Education*

B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)

Experience Range*

6 to 10 years

Foundational skills*

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the development and implementation of Salesforce based applications using Sales Cloud.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge of Visualforce, Apex Programming, Apex Web Services and Application Configuration.
• Strong experience leveraging Process Builder, Flow, widgets, console components, approvals, security model, large-scale processes for customized workflows
• Experience in developing reusable UI Components with Aura and Lightning Component Frameworks
• Experience with Inter-Components communication pattern
• Experience with Styling components using Lightning design system
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript libraries and micro frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular)
• Experience developing components for Mobile/Salesforce 1 is a plus
• Experience with CI/CD, BitBucket, Jenkins, Gulp, NodeJS
• Experience with Agile Methodology required

Desired skills*

• Experience in Banking Domain
• Salesforce Certification
