About Us Summary
Global Risk Analytics (GRA) is a sub-line of business within Global Risk Management (GRM). The GRA team provides quantitative capabilities supporting global risk management and capital management and develops a consistent set of risk and capital models and analytical tools that support decision making across the bank.
Job Profile Summary
This role supports the analysis of data flows, business processes, and operational controls that enable critical enterprise activities. The position develops and applies analytical, problem-solving, and technology skills to identify data quality concerns, process inefficiencies, control weaknesses, and operational risks while contributing to efforts that improve data integrity, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes. The role partners with teammates and stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit functions to support analysis, reporting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support the analysis of business processes, data flows, and operational data to identify data integrity and quality concerns, trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities to improve the accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of critical business processes and outcomes.
Partner with teammates and stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit functions to support process reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilize analytical tools, reporting solutions, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and emerging technologies to generate insights, support decision-making, and communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Support business process, governance, and operational improvement activities through research, documentation, and analysis.

Minimum Education Requirements & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Internship, project, research, leadership, or work experience involving analytics, data analysis, process improvement, technology, finance, operations, or risk management.
