Job Description:
This job is responsible for achieving goals through coding and/or metadata management, support and technical direction for platforms and operations working under guided supervision when needed. Key responsibilities include interacting with managers and partners to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems or to develop significant process enhancements. Job expectations include translating business needs into technical requirements for supported platforms, working independently with direction.

Key responsibilities include interacting extensively with managers and partners across the enterprise to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems or to develop significant process enhancements. Job expectations include translating business needs into technical requirements for supported platforms and ensuring all systems support conform to business needs and specifications.

The Email Channel Manager role is responsible for executing marketing and servicing email campaigns within Bank of America's Email Channel. We seek a proven leader who can manage the execution of campaigns and project work as well as think strategically in a highly regulated, critical, and visible channel. This candidate should be able to lead cross-functional work teams and work independently and in large group settings, as well as handle multiple assignments concurrently. This candidate will also be responsible for detailed review of email accuracy throughout the execution process.


Required Qualifications:

  • Project and relationship management experience 

  • Email execution experience 

  • This candidate should be able to work well independently and in large group settings, as well as handle multiple assignments simultaneously. 

  • Must have excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written skills 

  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement 

  • Ability to communicate challenges and successes clearly and foster positive working relationships

  • Proficient in MS Office Products – especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proven ability to audit and perform quality control tasks

  • Ability to multi-task and proactively timelines
