Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the design and deployment of CTI Database Platform services aligned with enterprise architecture standards
-Develop and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions, including Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks
-Enable highly complex implementations through automation and reusable deployment patterns
-Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve service reliability, resiliency, and efficiency
-Promote DevOps best practices, automation-first thinking, and continuous improvement
-Understand and implement database lifecycle management actions into PaaS IaC pipelines
Required Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, supporting enterprise-scale platforms and services
-2+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code technologies
-2+ years of hands-on experience developing Ansible playbooks and automation
-2+ years of experience with CI/CD toolchains including Git (Bitbucket preferred), Jenkins, and Ansible Tower
-2+ years of experience working within a DevOps culture and practices
-Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tooling
-Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting
Desired Qualifications:
-Knowledge of Linux operating systems
-Experience with container technologies
-Working knowledge of Kubernetes
-Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
-Architect experience with data platforms such as:
Redis
MongoDB

CockroachDB
