Role Summary

The Data Management / Program SME will lead delivery across strategic FRR, NFRR, and ADS initiatives, driving the execution of data governance, data quality, lineage, and remediation programs. The role will serve as the primary liaison between Business, Technology, Data Management, and Regulatory stakeholders to improve data health visibility, strengthen controls, and support regulatory and audit commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional delivery of FRR, NFRR, and ADS workstreams.
  • Establish and manage execution plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive governance forums and track progress against strategic and regulatory commitments.

Data Governance & Regulatory Delivery

  • Lead initiatives related to:
    • Data quality management
    • Data lineage and metadata management
    • Data issue management and remediation
    • Regulatory reporting data controls
  • Support development of evidence packages, action plans, and responses for Audit, Compliance, and Regulatory reviews.
  • Drive risk-based prioritization of data issues and remediation activities.

ADS & Data Health

  • Partner with Technology and Data teams to enhance the ADS control and monitoring framework.
  • Improve transparency of data health through metrics, reporting, dashboards, and governance routines.
  • Drive adoption of consistent data quality standards across critical data flows and authorized data sources.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage senior stakeholders across Global Markets, Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Data Management functions.
  • Facilitate discussions to gather business requirements, document processes, and drive issue resolution.
  • Present progress, risks, and recommendations to senior management and governance forums.

Required Functional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Data Management and Data Governance principles.
  • Experience supporting Regulatory Reporting programs (FRR, NFRR, Market Risk, Finance, or similar regulatory initiatives).
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data quality frameworks
    • Data lineage and metadata management
    • Data issue management and remediation
    • Audit and regulatory response processes
  • Experience establishing governance routines and management reporting.

Required Technical Skills

  • Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience working with large-scale data platforms, data warehouses, and data lakes.
  • Familiarity with metadata and lineage tools.
  • Experience developing data health metrics, dashboards, and management reporting.
  • Understanding of data controls across capture, transport, and consumption layers.

Preferred Experience

  • Global Markets, Trading, Market Data, or Regulatory Reporting domain experience.
  • Experience supporting NFRR, data breach remediation, or regulatory issue remediation programs.
  • Knowledge of ADS, authorized data sources, and enterprise data management frameworks.
  • Experience leading complex enterprise data transformation programs.

Success Measures

  • Improved visibility of data health through enhanced metrics and governance reporting.
  • Successful delivery of RII, lineage, and audit remediation commitments.
  • Establishment of a risk-based framework for prioritization and remediation of critical data issues.
  • Delivery of executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide transparent views of data quality, controls, and remediation progress.

New York pay range:

$175,000.00 - $250,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
