Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Strategy Associate to support the Business Strategy/Business Support Office within GPS Global Corporate Sales organization. This individual will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, supporting governance and risk remediation

  • Partner with Business Strategy Executive to deliver on the global sales strategy, including growth initiatives, client coverage, and operational efficiency

  • Track progress against strategic goals and key performance indicators, preparing materials for senior leadership and governance forums

  • Support global and regional projects, ensuring alignment across business units

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance management reporting, dashboards and scorecards for sales leadership

  • Provide analysis and insights on  pipeline, client trend overall business performance to help in decision making

  • Coordinate preparation of executive updates, town halls, quarterly business reviews, senior leadership calls

  • Assist in the execution of risk and compliance related initiatives (i.e.  SIAI, Audit Reviews, Sales forms validation)

  • Monitor adherence to policies and escalate issues where appropriate

  • Streamline processes to improve efficiencies

  • Partners with Treasury Sales Executives and key partners to align on business priorities

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales support role      

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skill

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to synthesize data into insights

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple project and deadlines

$85,500.00 - $114,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
