Job Description:
This job is responsible for capturing and refining business or system requirements that may involve a software change. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing problems, capturing requirements, creating solutions, solving problems either manually or through software, and providing subject-matter expertise on products to support scope and requirement decisions. Job expectations include collaborating with project stakeholders to analyze and confirm requirements, creating, analyzing, and improving processes and writing user and technical stories.
This job is responsible for supporting centralized intake management, demand forecasting, resource management, and executive communications activities for a Data Management organization within Global Technology. Key responsibilities include managing engagement intake processes, assessing demand, forecasting resource and funding requirements, monitoring portfolio performance, and developing executive reporting and governance materials that support strategic decision-making. The role drives continuous improvement through the development of cost efficiency metrics, optimization tracking, and performance insights that enable leadership to make informed investment, prioritization, and workforce planning decisions. Job expectations include partnering across business and technology teams to coordinate potential engagements, manage planning and forecasting processes, monitor risks and dependencies, track the realization of optimization benefits, and provide clear, data-driven communications to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Understands stakeholder needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem
- Supports cost and benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy
- Gathers and catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests
- Identifies the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and assists with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design
- Assists users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting, and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs
- Documents processes, procedures and workflows for technology as needed
- Manage engagement intake and portfolio planning activities, partnering with stakeholders to assess demand, prioritize work, align resources, and ensure delivery commitments support strategic business objectives.
- Develop and maintain demand, capacity, resource, and financial forecasts; perform scenario analysis; identify optimization opportunities; and track cost efficiency metrics and realized benefits to support workforce planning, investment decisions, and portfolio performance management.
- Create and deliver executive communications, reporting, governance materials, and insights that provide transparency into delivery health, financial performance, resource utilization, risks, dependencies, optimization outcomes, and strategic priorities, enabling informed decision-making by senior leadership.

- Experience supporting engagement management, workforce planning, capacity forecasting, or financial planning processes.
- Experience preparing executive-level portfolio, resource, or funding reports and dashboards.
- Experience working with portfolio management, resource management, or forecasting tools and methodologies.
- Experience supporting data governance, compliance, risk management, or regulatory programs.
- Experience with enterprise data management, metadata, or information governance initiatives.
