Job Description:

This job is responsible for partnering with the Healthcare Specialized Product Sales (SPS) team member in identifying, scoping, documenting, and sheparding through the onboarding process all healthcare client opportunities focused on our revenue cycle solutions. Key responsibilities include participating in client conversations around our complex healthcare products, leading the technical solutioning requirements discussion post-sale, and documenting the end product/solution set in a Statement of Work to ultimately guide our internal fulfillment teams to ensure a smooth go live is achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages client engagements and reviews, account management, complex deals, and/or emerging solution opportunities with clients to grow market share through deal support

  • Serves as a bank representative presenting at key industry events, leading consultative discussions at multiple levels of the organization, and providing product line expertise

  • Supports banking line partners in understanding treasury management, product risk, and ensuring applicable policies are applied through the sales cycle

  • Manages the strategy and tactical execution of segment initiatives across all major Lines of Business, driving collaboration between product, sales, and client relationship teams

  • Identifies and develops responses to emerging product trends, competitive strategies, and market gaps

  • Develops and implements programs and policies in partnership with market leadership to drive Global Treasury solutions and local market strategies

  • Participates as the product or industry expert in client call planning and strategic client reviews, identifying opportunities and influencing solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical, product, implementation, or similar role with a broad set of products

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time

  • Detail oriented and willing to document requirements for a complex solution set

  • Demonstrated ability to apply deep technical understanding of a product both to clients and internal partner's

  • Supporting sales teams in client conversations and solutioning sessions

  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to adapt and contribute in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with key internal partners in Treasury, Fulfillment, Product, Service, and Technical Operations to build and maintain effective working relationships

Illinois pay range:

$109,200.00 - $135,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
