Job Description:
Responsible for Middle Market, Business Banking, HENFP, CREB, HSTR. DFS, and GWIM underwriting, structuring and approving credit actions for new Treasury Management and Card credit requests, renewals, and reviews. Exercises single signature approval authority for Intraday and Card credit exposure per applicable approval grids. Credit decisions must meet underwriting quality and risk management standards and comply with bank policies and procedures. Strong credit skills with ability to work independently and reach credit decisions timely and efficiently. Will also provide leadership and periodically provide concurrence approval on policy and underwriting exception variances in addition to dollar amount concurrences. May participate in projects and initiatives to achieve strategic objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Analyze, underwrite, and approve credit solutions for existing and new Treasury and card clients; approve Treasury and Card credit requests in accordance with applicable credit approval grid
Conduct credit analysis including financial spreads, risk rating scorecards, industry assessment, cash flow; complete Credit Approval documentation
Evaluate credit worthiness and provide analysis and decisioning on whether a client should be approved for a Treasury or Card credit facility
Ensure underwriting complies with Bank credit policy and procedures
Partner with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales Officers, and Risk teammates to assess and deliver Treasury and Card credit solutions
Ensure data quality of credit related client and deal information
Mentor and assist junior team members as applicable

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 plus years of COMMERCIAL(Business Banking, Middle Market, Heath Education Not For Profit, Commercial Real Estate Banking, Dealer Financial Services, Global Wealth Investment Management) underwriting and credit analysis
3 plus years of commercial credit decisioning experience with approval signature authority
Formal commercial credit training or equivalent work experience.
Prior experience in a high volume production environment
Superior teamwork skills in the commercial market space.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in business administration, finance, accounting or economics
Desired Qualifications:
Line management and administrative experience desired.
Knowledge of Treasury Cash Management products and Commercial Card.
Prior Sales and/or customer service experience also preferred
