Job Description:

This product manager role is aligned to the Global Payments International Payments team and is responsible for the end to end management of the bank’s non-US payment products (ACH, Wire, RTP) within Global Payments Solutions (GPS).  Specifically, this role is responsible for owning the overall performance of the products including strategy, investment, P&L performance, and risk management.  Additionally, this role requires close coordination across the regional sales, product, technology, and operations partners.

The GPS payments business is a dynamic and growing area of the bank seeing considerable change, market growth, and investment.  The payments industry continues to see innovation in real-time payments, digital assets, and 24-7 service models.     As an International Payments Team member, you will support Platform Management’s activities including performance management, investment, design, and transformation to meet our clients’ ever evolving product needs.

Responsibilities:

- Represent the product suite globally for clients, partners, compliance, and regulators.

- Drive product growth and increase bottom line revenue

- Understand market position both globally and within local jurisdictions.

- Own product investment priorities and development roadmap

- Own scope and business requirements for future payment deployments to add to existing or enter new markets.

- Own governance, management, and risk routines for the product suite

- Coordinate global responses for regulators, audit, and compliance.

- 5+ years in financial services industry

- Bachelor's degree required

Desired Skills:

- Familiarity with ACH, Wire, and RTP payments products

- Experience with competitive analysis, defining strategy, and designing roadmaps for change. 

- Experience with large scale technology projects and Agile Methodology

- International payment Financial Market Utility (FMU) and regulations experience

- Demonstrated success in roles with wide scope requiring flexibility in responsibilities and deliverables.

New York pay range:

$129,500.00 - $232,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
