Your background

  • 8-15 years’ experience in a HR role with strong analytics background
  • Strong consulting and interpersonal skills, ability to independently engage HR and multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Team player, energetic, service-oriented and be able to work independently (self-starter)
  • Excellent analytical and excel skills, including the ability to review, analyze and interpret data, create pivot tables and graphs, and provide conclusions and recommendations based on analysis
  • Must be detail oriented and a logical thinker
  • Ability to manage high volume of work under tight service delivery deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, effective time management and prioritization

 

What you can expect

  • This role sits within APAC Compensation and Benefits (C&B) team supporting benefits for APAC countries. You will be part of a dynamic and well-regarded team working to ensure C&B programs are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Supports regional / country benefits projects
    • Responsible for benefits delivery for assigned benefits programs / countries including China
    • Work closely and participate in benefits design, to ensure benefits delivery is fully aligned to program requirements
    • Manage queries and escalations related to benefits delivery matters
    • Review and streamline the benefits delivery processes, prepare standard and ad-hoc reports, as required

 

What you will do

  • The successful candidate will be involved in benefits projects, benefits delivery as well as some program design for the assigned country/countries. It requires working closely with C&B teammates, other shared services teams such as payroll, life events, service center, as well as Country HR and vendors
  • Independently build proposals on design, development and improvement of C&B programs/processes by compiling, summarizing and analyzing data effectively and help drive fact- based decisions
  • Prepare and participate in Benefits deep dive for country; review benefits design and delivery for country, track market and regulatory trends impacting benefit programs
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of C&B processes across the region
  • Mentor junior teammates, provide coaching and be the lead overseeing APAC projects/ BAU work across your responsibility areas
  • Engage with external vendors and partners efficiently to deliver on the function’s objectives including governance activities related to third parties and information security requirements.
