Job Description:
This job is responsible for handling moderately complex operations processes related to credit disputes, escalations and tax reporting. Key responsibilities include analysis, research, reconciliation, reporting data validation and resolution of issues and identified customer requests which may carry high levels of risk within enterprise risk categories. Job expectations include handling moderately complex transaction processing, reconciliation, and resolution of research requests to clients, consumer reporting agencies or taxing authorities, consulting with management for support.

The Regulatory Mailing Services Analyst supports the day-to-day delivery, reporting, and quality of regulatory client communications, ensuring materials are distributed accurately and on time while assisting with client inquiries and project initiatives.

This role partners with operations, product, and technology teams to support production, reconciliation, and compliance across trade confirmations, prospectuses, service notices, return mail, and electronic delivery. It offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in financial services operations and regulatory processes.
 

The analyst also participates in audit and risk activities, supports operational controls, and assists with tracking key metrics. The role contributes to maintaining and improving procedures, providing hands-on experience in process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn. They are comfortable working with data, able to manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to grow technical, analytical, and business partnership skills.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Responsibilities:

  • Performs moderately complex activities supporting credit disputes, escalations, and tax reporting while following established written procedures and guidelines and ensuring accurate and timely delivery

  • Researches and resolves moderately complex financial data requests or exceptions based on analysis of assembled data in an accurate and timely manner

  • Performs routine analytics, report creation, and exception processing

  • Identifies risk and opportunities for process improvement based on an understanding the work impacts other operational units and escalates risk concerns, as appropriate

  • Provides quality service and support for internal business partners and external clients

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Operations or Brokerage experience

  • Comfort working with data, including using tools such as Excel to organize, analyze, and report on information (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, basic data manipulation)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners

  • Demonstrate integrity, emotional intelligence, and teamwork

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and interpret data to support decision-making

  • Show accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new systems, and apply new concepts in a practical way

  • Knowledge of or desire to learn advanced reporting tools such as MIDAS, Oracle, and Tableau

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of trade settlement and prospectus fulfillment for both paper and electronic document delivery is a plus

  • Fluent with BOSS and KD screens  

  • Confidence participating in team discussions and gradually taking on more ownership in meetings or projects
