Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview

GBS supports global businesses of the Bank with solutions requiring judgment application, sound business understanding and analytical perspective. The domain experience in the areas of Financial Research & Analysis, Quantitative Modeling, Risk Management and Prospecting Support provide solutions for revenue enhancement, risk mitigation and cost optimization. The division comprising of highly qualified associates operates from three locations i.e. Mumbai, Gurugram, and Hyderabad.

Job Description:
The Global Markets Data Management (GMDM) Operations team supports Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) and Prime Brokerage (PB) functions across multiple global business lines. This role involves managing processes that require strong quantitative analysis, data management, and technology expertise to ensure robust risk and control frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on regulatory and CCR/PB risk management driven initiatives on tighter controls on credit risk (recent examples include comprehensive stress framework covering liquidity risk)
  • Support downstream stakeholders with their ad-hoc data queries
  • Develop mechanisms for effective management of risks and controls within agreed risk appetites
  • Identify issues and control gaps in existing infrastructure with an aim to improve it.
  • Identify, Validate, escalate and remediate data issues by collaborating with various upstream teams and Risk Managers
  • Prepare and deliver BAU reports to CCR & PB Risk Managers and collaborate with Technology teams for issue remediation.

Requirements:

Education : Master’s degree in Finance, FRM/CFA is good to have
