Job Description:
Key individual contributor to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) project teams within Global AML Operations-Consumer Operations Change & Transformation. Works with project teams to ensure standard quality practices/processes are followed and/or design and execute test plans and procedures for acceptance testing of new or modified applications and/or systems in an environment of diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware technology and tools, etc. Provide guidance in the creation of standard test data, tests plans, and test scripts. Prepares and manages execution of acceptance testing of new or modified applications and systems. Analyzes, designs, documents new or modified UAT procedures and standards and assists in the development and implementation of UAT metrics for assessing the quality of delivered applications and information systems. Provides training and guidance to less experienced UAT analysts. Provide resolution to an assortment of problems complex in scope, related to User Acceptance Testing projects. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.
Required Skills:
- 5 or more years of Proven experience as a UAT Test Lead or similar role such as Quality Assurance Test Lead.
- 5 or more years of Experience in project management and testing methodology.
- Experience in Agile/SDLC methodology and Waterfall Methodology.
- Ability to support tight timelines around release and end of iteration requirements.
- A passion for the delivery of high-quality solutions which address real business needs.
- Experience in understanding Horizon Jira testing modules and standards.
- Experience utilizing ALM/Octane for Testing Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skill.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, escalate issues as needed.
- Ability to work cooperatively with various levels of associates (i.e.: operations, technology, peers, management, etc.) and embrace change with a positive approach.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple job-related duties efficiently while exercising sound judgment to ensure SLA, and strict deadlines are met.
- Ability to support teammates as needed when workloads must be balanced.
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience with Anti Money Laundering, DataX, CISUI/WCC, InterACT, MRA.
- Consumer AML Line of Business knowledge a plus.
- Proficient in handling end-to-end planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of Operational Risk and Client Money Protection.
