Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment of solutions.
• Ensure roadmaps reflect client, regulatory, and operational needs; capture and prioritize business use cases that drive data reuse and value creation.
• Define and maintain the strategic vision for data domains and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and modernization objectives.
• Develop and update domain roadmaps by assessing current-state challenges, target design patterns, and modernization opportunities; incorporate feedback from retrospectives, technical debt analysis, and audits.
• Lead architectural vision and strategic enablers during Program Increment (PI) Planning; collaborate with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise blueprints and standardized data design patterns.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of business domains (Payments, Deposits, Client Liquidity) and consumer data capabilities (NFRR, FRR, Client Reporting, Ops Reporting, GFCC-AML/Sanctions, AI & Analytics).
• Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering (any), or related: and
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
• Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:
• Adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements in banking (AML, sanctions, financial reporting) which include AI & analytics use cases and data-driven decision making;
• Analyzing payments and commercial banking data including legacy formats, XML ISO20022, and conversion to relational database formats;
• Integrating banking industry mandates like FedWire, CHIPS, SWIFT Standards, and CBPR+ into complex, high volume, and high value data systems;
• Designing, creating, and enhancing high-volume data pipelines, including APIs, SFTP/ file-based transmission, and database replication;
• Delivering optimal design by enforcing data governance, driving modernization initiatives, data modelling, canonical frameworks, and interoperability principles; and,
• Working on payment and deposit data capabilities including transactional, reporting,and analytical data within an Agile delivery environment.
