Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Private Capital Advisory team. This is a cross-coverage role supporting both public and private capital raising activities, with a focus on late-stage, venture-backed, pre-IPO companies.

This individual will play a key role in day-to-day execution, deal tracking, and client engagement, while contributing to broader origination and strategic initiatives across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Equity Capital Markets (ECM)

  • Take ownership of pipeline management and deal tracking across active and prospective transactions
  • Monitor deal performance and proactively flag key signals, including risk factors and relevant read-across insights
  • Prepare and distribute weekly deal updates and quarterly block trade summaries
  • Maintain and update internal databases, including:
    • Global FO Deals
    • IPO Documentation resources
    • Global IPO Tracker
    • Public Stakes tracking
    • Private markets reference materials

Private Capital Advisory

  • Support execution of live transactions and client marketing efforts
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal partners (including Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other product groups) to drive execution
  • Expand client engagement by building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to origination efforts by identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Assist in the design and implementation of private capital strategies across the broader platform
  • Provide general support across all stages of deal execution

Qualifications

  • Experience in Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Private Capital Advisory
  • Strong understanding of capital raising processes across public and private markets
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in tracking and monitoring deal activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • High level of initiative, accountability, and team orientation

New York pay range:

$130,000.00 - $175,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
