Global Payments Solutions (GPS) Revenue Management drives both the billing and pricing for transaction services products.  We regularly interact with key business partners across multiple teams including Sales, Product, Risk & Compliance, Operations and Technology.  This gives us a broad & holistic view into the entire Global Payments Services organization.

This pivotal role involves optimizing and overseeing the billing & collection of transaction fees for our valued clients across multiple geographic regions.  The billing product manager will be expected to challenge the status quo while influencing business partners by driving simplification and efficiency enhancements across the global billing & pricing environment.

Job Description:

• Product ownership of the billing & pricing maintenance landscape for transaction services products, closely collaborating with business partners including Sales, Product Management, Operations, Service, and Technology.

• Work as part of a dynamic team with local and global Revenue Management colleagues to ensure accurate pricing and collection of fee revenue.  Facilitate the incorporation of new products and functionality into Account Analysis billing systems, while appropriately mitigating risk from a billing perspective in line with GPS Principles.

• Lead implementation of price changes to ensure accurate client billing, statement, and fee collection.  Work closely with pricing leads to ensure a seamless pricing process across the billing environment.

• Drive simplification and standardization of global billing processes across the landscape with Operations and Technology.  Directly assist with business cases for billing application enhancement to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the domestic billing environment.

• Serve as a strategic special project manager for unique client-facing solutions.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with exposure to treasury products, cash management, payments, or liquidity solutions, and/or roles spanning product, risk, or operations

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• Proactive creative thinking to solve client and business challenges, delivering results both independently and in a team environment

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Sales teams, supporting delivery of client-focused solutions

• Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze data, identify trends/outliers, and generate insights that inform product and business decisions

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables, manage deadlines, and follow through on commitments with attention to detail

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights, product updates, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at varying levels

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of BofA Global Payments Solutions organization and products

• Prior experience with billing & Account Analysis systems.

• Knowledge of transactional products, operations, technology and/or risk/compliance environments.
