Responsibilities
Perform financial and statistical analysis.
Lead financial structuring and transaction execution activities.
Assist in performing business development and/or financial product advisory.
Develop presentation and other materials for clients.
Actively participate on client and deal teams.
Participate in due diligence sessions and client meetings.
Execute and advise on various M&A, initial public offerings, follow-ons, mandatory convertibles and exchangeable debt offerings, spin offs/split offs, debt-for-equity exchanges, recapitalizations, and private placements.
Perform comprehensive valuation analysis using comparable companies and precedent transactions.
Prepare client presentation materials, internal approval memos, and marketing documents such as roadshow materials, confidential information memorandums, and rating agency presentations to execute transactions.
Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
Required Skills & Experience
Master's degree or equivalent in Management Science, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related: and
3 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Analyzing financials (using company filings, BamSEC, or Bloomberg) and performing financial structuring and transaction execution activities;
Developing and preparing presentations/client materials, internal approval memos, and marketing documents, including roadshow materials, confidential information memorandums, and rating agency presentations to execute transactions;
Developing and maintaining financial models to analyze trends, including discounted cash flow, leverage buyout, and cost of capital analysis; and,
Conducting research using Factset, Capital IQ, or Bloomberg to analyze market data and competitive dynamics.
10% domestic travel required, as necessary.
