Responsibilities

  • Create complex financial models and various analyses including credit exposure analysis, covenant and indenture review, capital commitments, and return-on-capital modeling across acquisition financing, syndicated facilities, hedging solutions, and other structured transactions.

  • Prepare and drive content of presentation materials for clients, including pitch books, lender and investor presentations targeted to U.S.

  • subsidiaries of internationally headquartered companies with a focus on Financial Institution clients, as well as product proposals across liquidity, cash management, trade finance, hedging, and debt capital markets.

  • Participate in client meetings, portfolio planning sessions, and product partner meetings and be able to identify cross-sell opportunities, actively contributing to idea generation, product structuring, and identifying comprehensive banking solutions.

  • Handle execution processes for financing transactions spanning acquisition financing, M&A, syndicated credit facilities, debt capital markets, equity, and convertible notes transactions by communicating with core and extended client team members as well as coordinating with internal partners.

  • Liaise with Risk & Wholesale Credit partners including coordination of credit approvals, capital commitment committees, and AML/KYC processes to manage credit risk of the client portfolio.

  • Perform comprehensive and in‐depth company and industry research including analyses specific to financial institutions, cross-border corporates, and macroeconomic environments, developing industry specific expertise.

  • Participate in the recruitment, development and training of junior resources.

  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or related: and

  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.

  • Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Demonstrating command of end-to-end banking operating models, product sets, cross functional workflows, and enterprise grade service infrastructure;

  • Creating executive ready materials, including pitch books, investor presentations and senior management materials, synthesize complex analyses into clear narratives and visuals, leading planning sessions, and coordinating with junior colleagues to build repeatable templates and dashboards;

  • Designing and maintaining complex models, run scenario and sensitivity analyses and performing company, industry, and macroeconomic research using market data platforms and internal analytics such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, Refinitiv;

  • Partnering with Risk and Credit teams to coordinate approvals and committees, handle Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer processes, implement controls, exposure monitoring, and data quality standards that strengthen risk management;

  • Handling end to end execution for strategic projects by coordinating information flow across functional teams, defining work plans and critical paths, tracking issues and dependencies, ensuring documentation readiness, and maintaining disciplined governance and timelines; and,

  • Preparing concise proposals and business cases, driving idea generation and processing improvement across products and workflow translating complex requirements into workable solutions.

  • 20% domestic travel required, as necessary.

$225,000.00 - $225,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
