Reporting to the Treasury Sales Executive for US TSCO, the Treasury Sales Manager role will manage a team of US Treasury Sales Client Officers (TSCOs), and Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs), while directly managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients. The role is responsible for defining TSCO sales strategy, collaborating treasury management activities across multiple stakeholders, execution of new & expansion of existing corporate relationships, and driving responsible treasury revenue growth across the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Direct management of the US based team, along with global accountability for driving best practice with the TSCOs in Asia, Canada, Europe and LatAm.

  • Accountable for responsible revenue growth across the team, and own portfolio. Focused on strategic planning, increasing profitability, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal/presentation development/delivery.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Corporate Bankers and colleagues across Trade, Liquidity, Investments, and Foreign Exchange, to develop customized treasury solutions that meet client objectives.

  • Focus on growth of new and underpenetrated client relationships and expansion of existing relationships.

  • Maintains a strong client focus, treasury expertise, understanding of evolving tech, innovation, along with a broad understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services.   

  • Responsible for strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence, lead and mobilize business partners, and appropriate financial acumen.

  • Provides unlimited client interactions with on-site or virtual meetings, industry conferences, roundtables, and client events

  • Promotes team leadership through presenting a strategy for best practice with the global TSCO team, via coaching, introducing best practices, standardizing processes, leading through example, encouraging teamwork, communication, and collaboration

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and people management skills

  • 5+ years of Treasury Sales experience, ideally serving large corporate clients

  • Deep knowledge across Payments, Receivables, Liquidity, FX, Trade Finance, Commercial Card, and Merchant Services

  • Strong relationship management and business development skills

  • Executive presence and exceptional communication skills

  • Strategic thinking and a growth mindset

  • Ability to navigate complexity, influence stakeholders, and drive results

  • Interest in treasury innovation, AI, digital assets, and the future of payments

  • Ability to travel up to 60%

$175,000.00 - $206,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
