Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with prior experience to join our Global Markets Administrative team in our London office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as Executive, Team or Personal Assistant in another multinational institution. Prior investment banking or sector exposure will be considered a benefit. Hard working approach, positive attitude and self-starting nature will be rewarded with increasing responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the team.

Responsibilities
Role activities and responsibilities may include:
Provide administrative support to FICC Sales & Trading teams
Manage complex diaries and coordinate internal and external meetings
Arrange and coordinate client meetings and conference calls
Organise travel, including visas and itineraries
Process expenses via Concur and manage compliance approvals
Submit call reports and maintain I-Track records
Coordinate team events, including analyst roadshows
Maintain and update client databases, logging interactions and managing access to research and conferences
Support project coordination and business continuity activities
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative, executive, team, or personal assistant role
Investment banking experience is advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident working with stakeholders at all levels, including external clients
Well organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills
Proactive, with high attention to detail and accuracy
Discreet and reliable, with a strong work ethic
Professional in handling sensitive and confidential information
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure
Flexible, team-oriented, and positive in approach
Strong interpersonal skills; approachable and professional
Strong problem-solving ability, with a proactive mindset to anticipate needs
